Mason Anthony School is aware that there may be times when our students have a question, want to talk to support staff, or need to file an official complaint. We are also aware that your attendance at school is reserved for training, as well as time with your teachers, fellow students and clients. In that, we have made it extremely simple to be heard by Administration, and through the form below, have provided you a 24/7 method of communication (on your time) with School management; ensuring that your complaint is seen and heard by the right member of Staff.

Have a question about school closings for weather emergencies? Our policy is that if Westerville Schools close, Mason Anthony School will close. We will also announce it on our Facebook page, send an email to all students, and post it on local TV Channels 4, 6 and 10.

Having issues with your Student App? Before submitting the form below, try:

  1. Log off, then log back in. This will reset your app.
  2. If #1 doesn’t work, log off, uninstall the app, reinstall the app, then log in. This will also reset your app.
  3. If #1 and #2 don’t work, provide details below.

Grievances

In lieu of any scheduled grievance meetings with Administration, please use the following form to submit your complaint.

1. A response will be sent in writing in no more than thirty (30) days of receipt, depending on severity days of receipt.
2. The initial response may not provide for final resolution of the problem but will notify you of continued investigation and/or actions being taken regarding the complaint.
3. If the complaint is of such nature that it cannot be resolved by the management, it will be referred to an appropriate agency if applicable.
4. If more information is required a member of the School Administrative team will reach out to you directly.
